Your satisfaction matters! If you're not completely happy, here's what to do:

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Contact us ASAP at support@mostpicked.com. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll try our best to cancel it. If we can cancel, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. Once shipped, orders can't be cancelled.

Returns - Easy within 10 Days

Need to return something? No problem! Just make sure it's unused and in the original packaging. Here's how:

  1. Email us at support@mostpicked.com within 10 days of receiving your order, with your order number and why you want to return it.
  2. We'll review your request and, if approved, email you a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without our approval won't be accepted. Got questions? Email support@mostpicked.com.

Exceptions

Sorry, but we can't accept returns on personal care items (like beauty products), sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you about your refund status. If approved, you'll get a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days. Remember, it might take your bank some time to process it too. If it's been over 20 business days since we approved your return and you still haven't seen the refund, email us at support@mostpicked.com.

Damages & Issues

Check your order right away. If anything's wrong (defective, damaged, or the wrong item), email us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Want a different item? The quickest way is to return the original item once approved and then place a new order.

Product Use

Please use our products safely and as instructed. We're not responsible for damage or injury from misuse, and refunds/replacements in such cases are at our discretion. If you feel any discomfort, stop using the product and contact us.
